Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within the medical device industry. A strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and regulatory compliance in medical devices is highly preferred.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Business English and German-speaking
• Business systems experience such as ERP
• +5 years experience in supply chain management
• Excellent communication, negotiation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience

• Management and further development of the logistics in the areas of shipping, manufacturing and warehousing
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Operations planning, including forecasting together with the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction with timely deliveries
• Material requirement planning, Inventory management
• Provide feedback
