Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within the medical device industry. A strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and regulatory compliance in medical devices is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Business English and German-speaking
- Business systems experience such as ERP
- +5 years experience in supply chain management
- Excellent communication, negotiation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
Tasks
- Management and further development of the logistics in the areas of shipping, manufacturing and warehousing
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Operations planning, including forecasting together with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction with timely deliveries
- Material requirement planning, Inventory management
- Provide feedback
